Replace Your Furnace and AC With One System.
A heat pump heats and cools your home on electricity. Get a real price online in minutes, no sales visit.
The end of HVAC guesswork.
A full system replacement is the biggest home purchase nobody shops online. Here is what buying one looks like today:

Measured online. Built to fit. Installed once.
Get your price online.
Answer a few questions about your home: size, age, the rooms that never feel right. You get a real price range in minutes. If we need more, we'll ask for a few photos of your equipment, never a home visit.
We size it to your actual home.
Most contractors size a system by guessing and rounding up, which is why old systems blast on, shut off, and never run long enough to work well. We calculate the right size from your home's real numbers, then build the parts to fit before anyone shows up.
Installed in one day.
Because the parts already fit, our licensed crew spends the day installing, not cutting and bending metal in your hallway. We also handle the rebate paperwork for you, start to finish.
Ongoing care, only if you want it.
Add monitoring and service at checkout if you want someone watching the system and changing filters on schedule. Skip it, and you still got a properly sized, professionally installed system.
What homeowners say about working with Baseline.
Baseline Air is the current direction of Baseline: same license, same team behind these reviews.
"Most HVAC companies show up, sell you a system, and disappear. Bryan is building something completely different."
"Bryan is the real deal. Most of the time people come to your house, wave a little wand, tell you your air is bad, sell you a system, and you never hear from them again."
Measured twice. Manufactured once.
Most installers cut and bend your ductwork by hand, in your house, while you wait. We measure your mechanical space when you build your quote, then build the connecting pieces in our shop to fit your home exactly. They arrive as a kit that fits the first time, so install day is fast and clean instead of loud and messy for days. Precision in the shop costs less than improvisation in your hallway, and that difference shows up in your price, not our margin.
The system is the start. The air is the point.
Every install includes a free whole-home assessment. Whatever it finds, these fixes ride along on the same project, priced in your quote, installed by the same crew.
New ductwork
Full replacement or reconfiguration where the old runs were choking the system. Designed for right-sized airflow, fabricated before arrival.
AirflowDuct sealing + cleaning
Recover the capacity you already paid for and stop pulling attic air into the rooms where you sleep.
AirflowAdvanced filtration
Filters thick enough and fine enough to catch wildfire smoke, with a sensor that tells us when they actually need changing, not a calendar guess.
Air qualityBalanced ventilation
Systems that bring in fresh outdoor air, filtered, without losing the heating and cooling you already paid for.
Air qualityHumidification
Steam or evaporative systems, properly controlled. Never ultrasonic, which puts whatever is in the water into your air.
ComfortMonitoring + automation
Sensors in each room that let the system respond to your actual air, not just a thermostat schedule.
Managed
In LA, the air is part of the weather.
Wildfire smoke, freeway corridors, and long fire seasons made indoor air a measurable health factor in this city. A heat pump changeout is the one moment your home's entire air path is open on the table. It's the one day your whole air path is already open, which makes it the easiest time to fix filtration, ventilation, and ductwork together instead of one at a time, later, at extra cost.
Most contractors disappear after install day. That's optional now.
Membership is a line item at checkout, not a pitch in your kitchen. Your system stays monitored, filtered, and tuned by the people who built it. Cancel whenever you like. The homeowners who keep it tend to keep it for years.
The paperwork is our job.
Your quote shows pricing with eligible rebates already applied. We file everything and track it to payment.
Asked at every kitchen table.
What is a heat pump?
It's a single system that both heats and cools your home using electricity, doing the job your furnace and air conditioner do separately today. In summer it works like your AC. In winter, it reverses and pulls heat from outside air into your home instead of burning gas to make heat. It plugs into your existing ductwork.
How can you quote without visiting my home?
The questions we ask online, plus a few photos of your equipment and attic or closet space, give us more usable engineering data than a salesperson's walkthrough. Your price firms up before install day, and if anything on site differs from what we scoped, that conversation happens before work begins, not on an invoice after.
Do heat pumps actually work in LA?
LA is close to the best heat pump climate in the country. Winters rarely drop below 45°F, which is where modern heat pumps are most efficient. You get heating and cooling from one system, and you stop burning gas inside the envelope you sleep in.
What does a system cost?
Most full changeouts land between $8,000 and $18,000 depending on size, ductwork condition, and electrical scope, before rebates. Your online quote shows the number for your home with eligible rebates applied, and it holds unless the site differs from what we scoped together.
Why is your recommended system smaller than my old one?
Because most systems in LA were never sized, they were guessed, and the guess always rounds up. An oversized system short-cycles: it blasts, shuts off, and never runs long enough to dehumidify or filter your air properly, while wearing itself out. We size from a load calculation of your actual home. If our number is smaller than your old unit, that is not a downgrade. That is the first time anyone did the math.
What if my ducts are bad?
The quote flow asks about that, and the free install-day assessment verifies it. Sealing, cleaning, or replacing ductwork gets priced as a line item you can accept or decline. A great heat pump on collapsed ducts is a waste of your money, and we will say so.
Am I required to take the membership?
No. It is a checkbox at checkout, and the install is identical either way. Membership exists for people who want the system watched, filtered, and tuned continuously by the crew that built it.
